Curriculum analysis to establish educational needs.  Review of design specifications for each educational space to determine acceptable standards.  Interviews with teachers, principals and assessment of each facility fro size, configuration, lightning, acoustics, IAQ, equipment, etc.

Developed, policy and executed strategy to expand the vision and mission of CEFPI to the world.  Made presentations to representatives of World Bank, Interamerican Development Bank, Unesco, UN, governments, universities and professionals in Argentina, Brazil Chile and  USA.
