Our values
Educational facilities impact the learning, development and behavior of their users while expressing the predominant ideas and principles of their creators.
Adequate learning spaces enrich the educational experience.
Evidence based planning and community consensus improves design and reduces investment and operational costs.
The quality of the planning process is the foundation for the accuracy, acceptance and economy of the final result.

Our work

We specialize in providing better build environments for students, teachers and communities using unique planning and design techniques. Our work contributes to the improvement of educational results, and a more rational use of resources.  We start with the most difficult initial steps where the project vision may still be blurry, where the size, location and characteristics of the building may not yet have been defined.  The central part of our work is to bridge the gap between educational needs and expectations within a planning framework.  We produce and finance educational, cultural and community use facilities, which are appropriate for the intended use, healthy, safe, durable and economical.
